Pricing & Service Policies

Estimates and final pricing
Online prices are preliminary estimates based on the information provided. We confirm the scope and final price in writing before service is scheduled. Additional work is never performed or charged without approval. Estimates are valid for 14 days.
Recurring-service initial clean
New recurring clients may require an initial deep or detailed cleaning before maintenance pricing begins. We confirm whether this is needed after reviewing the property condition and requested scope.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice are free. Changes made 24–48 hours before service may be charged 25% of the confirmed price, capped at $75. Changes made within 24 hours may be charged 50%, capped at $150.
Lockout or no access
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a fee of 50% of the confirmed price, with a $75 minimum, may apply. Please confirm keys, entry codes, parking and building access before arrival.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed before scheduling. Residential balances are generally due when service is completed. A card authorization may be required for one-time deep cleans, move-out work or larger jobs. Commercial and property-management payment terms are provided in writing.
Parking, stairs and travel
Metered or permit-only parking, difficult access, walk-ups above the third floor and extended travel may affect the final price. Any applicable charge is disclosed before scheduling.
Service exclusions
Standard cleaning does not include biohazards, bodily fluids, sharps, crime-scene cleaning, mold remediation, active pest infestations, hazardous materials, heavy debris removal, exterior high-window work or unsafe ladder work. These conditions may require a licensed specialty provider.
24-hour re-clean guarantee
If an included area was missed, notify Fresh Force Cleaning within 24 hours and provide photos when possible. We will arrange a return visit to correct the missed area at no additional charge. The guarantee covers correction of included work and is not a money-back guarantee.
Insurance
Fresh Force Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
