We start with one suitable office, retail space or property common area and build a written scope around its use, condition, access and service window. Apartment turnovers are assessed separately.
You work directly with Rudjy Lafontant for the assessment, scheduling and follow-through. His previous experience includes cleaning common areas, restrooms and workout areas at Boston Sports Club, along with rental-vehicle cleaning and airport fleet operations.
Routine scopes can include reception areas, ordinary workspaces, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, corridors, reachable-surface dusting, vacuuming, mopping and ordinary waste bins. Evening and weekend service windows are agreed for each property, with keys, alarm instructions and lock-up responsibilities confirmed before work starts.
Fresh Force Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance; a Certificate of Insurance is available on request. We confirm tasks and frequency in writing, review the agreed checklist at completion, and discuss additional work before it is authorized.
