Rudjy Lafontant — Owner, Fresh Force Cleaning LLC. Fresh Force Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Malden, Massachusetts. I answer the phone, I write the quotes, and I'm the one accountable if something isn't right.
Why I started this company
I came to the United States from Haiti when I was ten years old. My mother was strict about responsibility, and that stayed with me. I've spent my working life in jobs where somebody was counting on the details being handled correctly, and at a certain point I wanted to build that for myself instead of for someone else.
The long-term goal is bigger than my own household. I want Fresh Force to grow into a company that creates steady work for other people and something I can eventually pass down to my children. That's the reason this exists.
What I bring to the work
My background is in fleet operations for a rental car company at Boston Logan Airport — scheduling work, coordinating vendors, tracking repairs and maintenance, running quality checks, and solving whatever went wrong that day.
That's not cleaning. But underneath, it's the same job: show up when you said you would, do the work to standard, and tell the customer the truth when something changes. In fleet work, the failures that cost the most were almost never about the repair itself — they were about a vendor who didn't show and nobody calling to say why. That's the side of the business I know, and it's how I run this one.
Where the name comes from
Fresh is the result — a space that feels new again. Force is what it takes to get there: energy, discipline, and follow-through.

Fresh Force Cleaning is a new company, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. Here's what I can tell you that's verifiable today:
You deal directly with me — the estimate, the scheduling, and any problem that comes up.
Fresh Force Cleaning LLC is registered in Massachusetts and carries general liability insurance.
You get a written quote before any work starts. If the job turns out to be bigger than described, I tell you before I do the extra work — not after.
I speak English and Haitian Creole.
What we clean
Our cleaning services include standard and recurring home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, apartment turnovers, and office/commercial cleaning. Final/light post-construction cleaning is available by custom quote. Routine vacuuming and mopping remain in standard scope. Interior windows are an $8-per-window add-on, reachable from the floor or a standard step stool only—no exterior windows, ladders, or work at height.
